Guest guest
Hello everybody, As,Mumbai..siege finally ended.... I am sure,..people. .of Mumbai ...must have heaved a sigh of huge relief.. As,I was going, thru some of the Newspapersonline, ..trying to read ..the VIPs...who lost their lives.,.I came across a very familiar name..Mr.Sunil Parekh, which sort of..made me, stop and think.. Just out of sheer curiosity,I decided to read more about this person, who happens to be a Gujju,an investment Tycoon, in Shipping.and. .Shipbreaking Industry..with some..huge.. money,at stake, in ?Alangar..Bhavnagar' s Shipbreaking yard. Then I came to realise..,he was the same gentleman, for whose..company' s litigation.. work,.....my dear dad,..had travelled, that fateful day..of Oct 1988,to Ahemdabad, for arbitration.......,which..sadly ended his life, when the Indian Airlines.plane,.crashed..close..to Ahemdabad.. .!! I..wondered, ... How Fate,...tends. .to...act. .. Never thout,I would, some day..read the..same person's tragic tale,..in the same Newspaper, that wrote all about the aircrash,........some..20yrs down the line.. Just thought..of sharing..this with U,all.. Bye. Shyam(84)
