It did not take very long, maybe a week before I noticed

some improvement

but this could vary. I was using Jarrow brand, so I don't

know if that makes

a difference too. I also try to eat high Omega 3, DHA form

from animal sources.

Yes, it does not taste good, that's why it needs to be powdered or grated

and taken with food and followed by food.

I just got mine from my son this weekend and was surprised at how cluumpy it

is, despite the fact that I know it has a tendency to clump over time. I'll

be searching for an old cheese grater we had around here, if I didn't yard

sale it. If I find it I'll let you know how it works out.

Is cetyl mynstoleate the same as cetyl myristoleate? I find both on searh results, but descriptions are similar regards usage.
