Found my rotary cheese grater.

Mine is not a Zyliss, mine is a $7 cheapo from the supermarket and works

just fine. It works better for CMO than it ever worked for cheese. It makes

a finer powder than the Food Processor. After use, take it apart and rake

out the leftover CMO into the bowl.

I try to reclaim as much of the CMO from whatever tool used, but when it's

impractical, CMO readily washes out with hot water.
