I came down with shingles after doing months of excruciating legal research and drawing documents related thereto. The shingles broke out on my forehead, around the eyes, on the bridge of the nose, but had not yet progressed into the eyes or ears. My family physician was alarmed and said that the great danger was entry into the eye or ear. Although I am not big on pharmaceuticals, I readily took the prescription he gave me, because the warning he gave me and which I later researched to be true, was so dire. I put the instant coffee paste, (made with water), as close to the eyes and ears as possible, as well as on the forehead, that is why I went to bed for several days (plus I looked scary with so much coffee paste). The relief was quick on putting the paste on, but I had to be diligent with it for a period of time, later using it at night only. If the shingles are already in the eyes, and it were me, I would certainly see a physician for a pharmaceutical, while privately trying the coffee remedy to draw the problem out. I do not know if the coffee will help if the shingles are already in the eyes, but I would try it…..what is there to lose? This is a very dangerous problem I was given to understand, there is no time to lose with it. Guest guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Share Posted December 14, 2008 yes one of my sons used MMS without caring for instruction I gave him , toff guy, and said got 5 min of stomach cramps but felt great after. 100 small pimples on his forehead vanished overnight that was better result than colloidal silver. I bet with DMSO applied to the skin they would have also disapeared but without the cramps.
