horrifying experience for my brother -in -law Amit , who escaped narrowly from

the Oberoi towers after 40 hours without food and water..... He missed the

bullets by 5 mins as he walked in to the reception at 9:35 pm and since he is

regular visitor , he had the privilege to walk straight to his room and the

formalities of signature etc were to be carried out later. He was lucky to order

his food to the room rather than going to the restaurant.. ...which never came

though.....but was unlucky to have the room on the 17th floor of the oberoi

towers. With hand granites and gun shots ringing in his ears for 40 hours, which

even we could hear on the phone calls that we made. He faced it all bravely and

by the grace of god escaped. He also had the guts to help the NSG to evacuate

innocent people from the rooms and provide little water to the NSG cammandos,

who were also without food and water for as long as the fight went on.We all

salute the military and
