The group files are restricted to adding by the moderators, so I need a nod

from Garnet or to send them the files I have.

Here's the condensed version:

1 liter of plain carbonated water (seltzer), chilled well.

1 bottle Milk of Magnesia (MoM) generic is fine.

This makes enough concentrate for 3 gallons so you need 3 gallons of

non-municipal drinking or distilled water. To get pure mag-bicarb, you need

distilled.

Uncap a chilled liter of seltzer without shaking and add 3 tablespoons MoM.

Cap and shake well. Let set and settle. Shake again. Repeat until clear.

Add one third of that to one gallon of water, technically 330 milliliters to

3 liters and 660 ml (3 liters, 660 ml is .98 gallon). You need over a gallon

container to do this but you can cut this to do a half gallon or a quart

using 165 ml or 83 ml of concentrate.

Resulting water will taste sweet and you can dilute it further if you wish.

First use will yield massive urination before it begins to hydrate you.

First couple of days may be painful in calcified joints while it goes to

work. It made my entire left leg hurt at first.

FANTASTIC for the heart. Good for decalcification all around.
