I would be very happy if anyone could guide me to some information on

training protocols. Books, articles, own experience.

What site do you use for different frequencies? In other words where

do you train Alpha, Beta (high and low), gamma. Where to train theta

down? And for what symptoms?

As an example let's say fatigue. What would be most common to train?

Beta up on Fp1 or theta down?

I really do need some information. Mostly I have trained alpha up on

O2 (relaxation) and gamma up on Fp1 and Fp2 (high performance)
