Here's the info:

Asthma is a complication of dehydration in the body. It is caused by

the drought management programs of the body. In asthma, free passage

of air is obstructed so that water does not leave the body in the

form of vapor - the winter steam. Increased water intake will

prevent asthma attacks. Asthmatics need also to take more salt to

break the mucus plugs in the lungs that obstruct the free flow of

air in and out of the air sacs.

Depending on the damage your specific prolonged dehydration has

caused to your body, it may take years of consistent hydration to

effect total regeneration. However, all asthmatic symptoms will

disappear once full hydration is reached and remain gone as long as

hydration is continued. The predisposition towards asthma (your

body's specific drought management program) may disappear after some

years of full hydration, depending on the length of your body's

chronic dehydration and the extent of devastation the dehydration

caused your body's organs.

Typically, if you follow with exactness the protocols written here,

it'll take up to four days before you're free of symptoms. And

you'll stay asthma-free as long as you keep up the protocols.

The Water Cure Recipe:

Drink 1/2 your body weight of water in ounces, daily. Example 180

lb = 90 oz. of water daily. Divide that into 8 or 10 oz. glasses and

that's how many glasses you will need to drink, daily.

Use 1/4 tsp. of salt for every quart of water you drink. Use salt

liberally with food. As long as you drink the water, you can use the

salt.

Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic drinks. These are diuretics and will

dehydrate you. Every 6 oz. of caffeine or alcohol requires an

additional 10 to 12 oz. of water to re-hydrate you.

P.S. (USE Clean Water, Use non-refined, ocean salt ONLY )

Most Docs encourage their patients to drink " plenty of liquids. " It

sounds like good advice, but it really isn't because the body reacts

differently to different liquids. Coca cola has water in it, but it

isn't water, is it? A child can tell you that water is clear and

coca cola is brown. The body knows the difference, too, and

that " liquid " will not hydrate you like plain old H2O.

Other Docs don't make the mistake of thinking that all " liquids " are

the same, that drinking a glass of juice is just as hydrating as

drinking a glass of water and they give the advice to " drink plenty

of water. " To anyone who has studied chemistry and understands that

the body NEEDS water, not juice or coffee or tea or soda or alcohol,

that the actual bodily needs of the body require WATER and not those

other liquids.

When you actually look into what the body needs to hydrate itself,

it becomes apparent that it needs WATER and some SALT. Salt is all-

important. You cannot hydrate your body if you are just drinking

water. In fact, if you drink lots of water without the salt, the

water is going to behave like a DIURETIC!

EAT one teaspoon of unrefined sea salt for every Gallon of water you

drink. This is the standard ratio. So, for three Quarts of water

you'd eat ¾ teaspoon of salt. For a Half Gallon of water you'd eat ½

teaspoon of salt. For one Quart of water you'd eat ¼ teaspoon of

salt. For one Pint of water you'd eat 1/8 teaspoon of salt. And for

one 8-ounce glass of water you'd eat 1/16 teaspoon of salt.

DRINK the water first, then eat the salt. Never eat the salt first

and then drink the water and NEVER eat the salt alone, without

drinking the water.

DRINK 2-3 glasses of water in the first half hour upon waking up.

DRINK 1 glass of water just before retiring at night.

For people with normal heart and kidney function: DRINK 2 glasses of

water one half hour before eating a meal. If it is a heavy meal,

drink 3 or more glasses. DRINK 1 glass of water two and one half

hours (2 ½ hours) after the meal.

DRINK whenever you feel thirsty, even in the middle of a meal.

DRINK 1-3 glasses of water after using the bathroom, to replenish

the liquids you have lost.

DRINK 2-3 glasses of water prior to exercise.

FOR HEAVY-SET PEOPLE, drink half your body weight in ounces MIMIMUM

each day. So, if you weigh 200 pounds, you'd drink 100 ounces of

water mimimun daily.

IN HOT WEATHER, when you are stressed, when exercising or when

sweating, take additional salt as well drinking more water. In hot

climates you may also need to take additional salt.

A RULE OF THUMB to tell when you are hydrated is the following: YOU

ARE HYDRATED when the color of your urine is clear. YOU ARE

DEHYDRATED when the color of your urine is yellow. YOU ARE VERY

DEHYDRATED when the color of your urine is orange or darker.

(Remember, though, that food coloring and some vitamins can color

the urine.)

AVOID diuretics such as caffeinated drinks or alcoholic beverages.

For every 6 oz. of caffeine or alcohol that you drink, an additional

10 to 12 oz. of water will be needed to rehydrate you.

DO NOT SUBSTITUTE OTHER LIQUIDS FOR WATER AND SALT, INCLUDING FRUIT

JUICES. You don't need " liquids " as the doctors will tell you, you

need WATER AND SOME SALT. If you drink fruit juices, do not consider

them " beverages, " consider them " foods, " not part of your required

water and salt intake.

CAUTION: For people with EXTENSIVE EDEMA and whose hearts sometimes

have irregular or very rapid beats with little effort, the increase

in water intake should be gradual and spaced out, however, WATER

SHOULD NOT BE WITHHELD FROM THE BODY. Salt intake should be limited

for two or three days because the body is still in an overdrive mode

to retain it. Once the edema has cleared up, SALT SHOULD NOT BE

WITHHELD FROM THE BODY. Also, those in heart or kidney failure

needing dialysis MUST consult with their doctors before increasing

their salt intake.

PURCHASE a graduated water bottle (a bottle that has lines on the

side of it which indicate the quantity of liquid inside) that allows

you to know how many 8-ounce glasses of water you've drunk, fill it

up, carry it around with you all day and drink. ALSO PURCHASE a

measuring spoon and a small container in which to carry your salt

and bring these items with you wherever you go so that you always

are able to properly hydrate your body with water and salt.
