Weight Being An Issue

After 7 years of trying to lose some weight I have lost 10 pounds

since Dec.

This is what I think is going on with me.

I believe even though a large number of people in this country ( US)

are overweight we are actually being starved because our food no

longer has in it what we need to be healthy. It DOES have enough

nutrients to sustain life, but NOT build health.

When we sit down to eat, the food we're eating, most likely is not

high in nutrient value. Therefore the hunger switch stays on. We

eat until our tummies are full, not until we are nutrient full.

The body is starving for nutrients so it holds onto EVERYTHING ( this

is why we're over weight), waiting for the next nutrient rich meal.

Since I've added a nutrient rich juice and changed my diet somewhat,

added exercise because I am feeling better and have a lot more

energy, I believe my body is finally recognizing that I'm trying to

feed it and it's now able to let go of some of what it's been holding

on to.

That's what is finally working for me. But I think without this

juice I would still be at 200 pounds with no hope. This past summer

I was biking on the Katy Trail for atleast 10 miles and working out

at the gym. NOTHING was working...it was very depressing...and I

wasn't feeling well...that's what sent me to the new Naturopath and

the new diagnosis and the juice.

Hope this helps someone out there.
