Guest guest
Ok so on the surface you're eating as well as you can, it looks like. So that's a plus. Good for you!!! Always remember to support your local farmers markets when possible and talk to those farmers..and ask them what they use on their veggies and fruits in the growing season so you can get the healthiest food possible. I know our farmers market stays open from early April to late October...nice to have. But leaves me at a deficient this time of year...( Nov.-March) so that's why I love this juice I found, MonaVie. We live on 5 acres and are putting up greenhouses this spring so that we can elongate the growing season here. I'm also opening up a Cafe this year and have already found two growers for the Cafe that will grow " natural " foods..can't be certified organic as the HOOPS you have to jump through here in Missouri have gotten way too big and too complicated. I have 4 fillings and my Naturopath says that as long as i stay on the MonaVie and it continues to detox the mercury out of my body, I'm in good shape on that issue. So I'm happy to not have my fillings out. Can I ask HOW they were removed? I'm hoping you'll tell me that they were removed as they should be, in a safe manner as to not re-infect you with even more toxic mercury. :-) I know nothing about Adrecor (maybe someone else here has). Do you believe the body can heal itself if it has the things it needs to do that? ( this is the mental part of dis-ease)..what are your general beiefs about health and wellness. I went to school originally to be a Doctor of Chiropractic, but eloped and started our family...but was raised in a family of chiropractors..we've always been into the alternative to some extent. Although my mom did have my sister and I immunized which could have added to the mercury poisoning. They still put mercury in kids shots today. I've just learned recently that organic FROZEN veggies are actually higher in nutrient content because they pick them and then freeze them right away...might be even better than organic veggies in the store now in the midwest because if they pick the organic veggies GREEN in California or Texas or Florida and ship them here they are losing nutrients all the way here. So something to think about. Also do you have a local food co-op you can join to get organic foods cheaper? The one I belong to United Buying Clubs (i think) out of WI I believe...has a huge selection. We get a shipment every month and we can buy cheaper and in bulk when we buy a case of something..and I take 6 and some else takes 4 and someone else takes 2 ( in a case of 12) so there's another option maybe. We have seven in our family ( 1 at college) but I am usually the one that gets most of a case lol. Do you know anything about the metaphysical side of dis-ease? or are you interested in knowing more? So if I understand you correctly, you have only had a thyroid issue a very short time?? Have you ever had a food panel done? the blood test? just wondering.... How do you feel on a daily basis now? What are you on now as far as SUPPORT for the adrenals and thyroid? ~Amy~ > > Anyway I would ask you WHAT are you eating? what part of the world > > are you from? and what are you willing to do to heal thy body? > > Amy, I'm in the US, Kentucky.
