Guest guest
I hope my response doesn't upset people, but here is what I have done: I went to Cuba and 1) Found people I sleep better with and 2)Got epam almost for free. I know taking diazepam is not perfect and it is harder to get in Cuba now that a prescription is theorectically needed. Still, a person can get diazepam there almost for free (nudge, nudge, wink, wink). The locals pay I think, 3 cents US for 10 pills. I don't mind paying the tourist price of $1 or $2 for 10 pills. It is just that when I need to sleep, I need to sleep. I suppose most people with CFS are like that. I suspect I would have had a heart attack by now without sleeping pills. I don't think people realize how many people with CFS die of heart attacks at a young age. I also sleep better in a hammock than in a bed. I hope you find a solution soon !
