Joint Pain and Inflamation

One of my doctors says that all dis-ease comes from inflamation in

the body. When I was first in contact with him and told him about my

hashi's diagnosis in Nov. he said " Amy it's not just your thyroid

that is inflammed it is your WHOLE BODY! "

I had begun with joint pain in my hips and knees. I would notice

this especially after having gone to a movie theater..sitting for a

couple of hours, then getting up, my joints would hurt. I'm only 43,

and I did find it odd, but just began to get use to it and live with

it. I probably had it about 3 years, until I started on this juice.

The pain went away. The juice is a natural anti-inflamitory. Just

heard a testimony at a " tasting " last week, a man was taking 5 Aleve

a day for various pains, and is now off all pain medication.

We have a HUGE amount of free radicals in our envornment today. So

many we can't pssible eat enough antioxidant food to take care of

them all. The free-radicals DO CELLULAR damage. In 1950 a woman

could eat 2 peaches to get her daily amount of vitamin A, today she

would have to eat 53 peaches! to get the same amount of Vit. A. We

have to begin to look at what we're eating if we want to regain our

health. The food doesn't have what we need, unless you live in CA.

or Texas or Florida where you can get Locally Grown Orgainc Food year

round.

It is everywhere in the " documented " literature right now about

INFLAMATION being the number one cause for dis-ease and illness. Get

rid of the inflamation and the body begins to be able to heal itself.

Google or go to amazon and search for inflamation diet...what kinds

of foods do we need to be eating to reduce inflamation? then look at

the source of the food you're getting...if it was picked green

somewhere and shipped to where yo live it is MISSINg the rippening

stage of growth which is where all the phytonutrients and

phytosterols and glyconutrients are formed which is what we need to

health our bodies. No wonder we're not getting well.

Be well,

~Amy~
