Jennie, I already joined dr mercolas news site and he mostly sells products and books and the tape that you see that was so called about experiments with vaccines on monkeys and hiv didn't look like a tape to me . If he was serious he should have not hidden this and made the public aware. all you see are still pictures of him and the interviewer with a voice and a lot of laughter which I didn't think was funny. It looked and sounded fake to me. I'm not to thrilled with dr. mercola as he mainly likes to sell products as you will see. I don't think Mercola is trying to hide anything, I think he just wants people

to " sign in " so

he can send emails and probably to try to sell products.

The theory of HIV originating in vaccines tested in Africa was written about in

a book

titled " The River " by Hooper. Here is a site he hosts:

those articles/letters that argue against it (including from the researchers

involved in the

I don't know that it will every be fully determined if this is how the AIDS

epidemic began,

but what this theory does point out to me is that we cannot test for the

presence of a

hazardous vaccine component if we don't know it exists. We can only assess the

safety of

any vaccine (or drug/compound) using the parameters that we *know* to assess.

There

are so many unknowns (in this theory, it was unknown that using chimp kidney

cells to

culture the polio vaccine could contaminate the vaccines with an HIV-like virus

that could

infect humans). Many of our current vaccines are cultured in cells from other

species. The

cell cultures are grown in media which often contains bovine

serum and other non-human factors. This stuff is not 100% defined, we can't

test for

traces of possible harmful contaminants if we don't know know about them yet.

I haven't looked at the HIV/polio vaccine stuff in a while, but the evidence was

quite

compelling to me as a former research scientist (academic and pharmaceutical)

and the

fact that so much controversy was stirred in that field speaks volumes. I

don't think

anyone accused the vaccine researchers of intentionally contaminating the polio

vaccines

with HIV - yet the researchers took an immediate defensive posture that, in my

view,

showed they were trying overly hard to convince the world they did nothing wrong

and the

pharma companies have tried to keep the whole debate quiet. A documentary was

made

and can be viewed at Hooper's site.

Hi Marg! I agree, the clip seems odd, but just wanted to share! I had come accross the clip quite a while ago and it wasnt so distorted! I have special interests in vaccines and do surf the web alot on the subject. Do you know where aids comes from(not how it is spread, but the original source)? I dont, but do have my "personal" opinions on it! Let me know if you find out!! I think we all have our personal opinions and they vary! But knowledge is good!! As far as Dr. Mercola, yes he does sell products(natural) but so does the grocery store down the street, and the doctor we go to who gets paid a good fee and also not to mention the incentive profit he makes on pushing/prescibing pharmacuticals. Nothing is for free, Dr. Mercola offers information for free, then I suppose it is up to us to decide who to give it to, secular doctors or guys like Mercola or the health food store down the street. I personally dont buy from him, I think maybe I just really havnt noticed to much

about what he is marketing(I dont see this as a man looking to make just a big buck, maybe he is and I think that is ok if it is not at the expense of our health but to improve it). I already have a natural provider I purchase from. He is/was a MD and now practices natural. And then I get things from stores also! As said, nothing is for free unless it is in your own backyard, but that costs also! But yes, I agree with you the clip seems almost fake!! But the idea is real!
