Guest guest
I had my tooth pulled today. It went pretty easy - much easier than they thought it would. My jaw of course is sore, but it definately feels better than it did. I was also told that I do have arthritis in my jaw. I can not open my jaw real wide, but they were able to work around it. The oral surgeon I saw works with a lot of kids with JRA. He was really good at what he was doing. in Minnesota linda@...
Guest guest
, Sorry you¹re loosing the tooth, but glad the pain will be over. I hope it goes easy for you and your jaw survives the procedure with no problems. Guest guest
Hi , Yikes! That sounds like it was rough. So glad it's out though! As far as soft foods, I made a " Green Power " soup the other night that was pretty good. It's from a Candida-Cure Newsletter and it's easy and comforting and healthy. It calms my tummy on a cold night! 1 head cauliflower chopped 2 small zuchini sliced couple handfuls of baby spinach 1 sliced leek or 1/2 chopped onion raw crushed garlic (I use 3-4 cloves but you can use more) 1 carton of Organic Imagine Beef Broth (has some natural flavor but I still use it) Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer 5 minutes til soft. Put in blender to puree about 1 cup at a time. Add a 1/2-1 tablespoon of butter each time you puree a cup. Top w/ celtic salt and eat. -You can use any combo of veggies like broccoli, kale, asparagus, celery, whatever you prefer. I also use chicken broth instead sometimes. You can also use coconut oil instead of butter if you're lactose intolerant. Other soft foods: That's tough...all I can think of are the usuals...kefir and fruit smoothie, applesauce, mashed red or sweet potatoes. Maybe bean soup. Good luck w/ it!
