Guest guest
Hi Amy, I know you said before that you had a blood panel food intolerance test. Did your naturopathic do it or a traditional doc? I have had the Carroll Food Intolerance Test done by a naturopathic. She took a tiny bit of blood from my ear lobe and did the test herself. And I don't think it's reliable as it revealed no Gluten problem. In fact, it said I should consume lots of grains and wheat products. But the saliva ASI test gives a complete different theory. The Carroll test showed I had intolerance to potatoes, a food I very rarely eat; and that I shouldn't eat fruit and sugar together - no biggy since I don't eat sugar at all. I never got any better following that outcome. My current doc was interested in it as he's also a biochemist. Ends up he says there are so many things that can make the test screwed. Anyway, wondering if you would mind explicating on the specifics of the test you had? Thanks, Bj
