My Dearest Lara,

I know what you mean about the athritis thing, I seem to have had

it really bad the last few days myself. I have tried over the counter

remedies but nothing seemed to work. I found the thing that worked

best for me was to meditate and concentrate on the areas giving me

trouble. I focused on what those areas felt like when I did not have

pain in them. I told myself that I could heal myself and that after

that moment I would have at least a day or two without any pain. It

worked! I have had a wonderful day today with no pain. I believed in

myself and my powers and that belief seemed to heal me for the time

being. I'm not promising you that this will work in your case, but I

am one of those who believes that the power of belief is a wonderful

thing. As for your friend that you asked for us to pray for, I shall.

I shall also pray for you my dear. You have the biggest heart I have

ever seen for the words you wrote were so heartfelt. I hope things

brighten up for you. I will try my best to use my power of belief and

meditation to help you overcome your pain. Thanks for being such a

kind soul. I feel great treasures await you. Have a blessed day.

Dearest Sister...

I too go through this very same thing as I have many serious disks

problems..

I have a great way to help with the pain.. Bean Bags!!!

Yep! Well they really aren't beans..

You can make this at home.. and it is OOOOOOH so good!!

Or you spend about $20.00 at a special gift shop.. or Holistic health

store..

I have made my own..

Here's how to make it..

First get a towel.. and cut it in half..

Go to a feed store in your area and purchase 3lbs of whole kernel corn.

Sew the towel that you cut in half, on all sides.. pour the corn in

and sew up the end...

Then you place it in the microwave for three min...

And it is amazing.. moist hot heat that you place anywhere you hurt..

You will love this.. And I recommend this to all that has joint or

muscle pain..You can also add flax seed, and herbs if you wish...

Great stuff.. I couldn't survive without it.. !

Prayers are with you dear!

Love

~Karma
