Hi ,

I've added your name to the list. I admire your self-discipline with your

diet. You're right, I certainly don't think you'd want to cut down calories

any more than what you're doing now. It is frustrating to be in a rut,

though. It think most stalled diets resolve themselves with time. Have you

eaten a few regular meals to try to get your metabolism revved up?

We'll have our first weigh in (just the difference +/-) on Sept. 17.

Hi Carol,

Add me to your list. I need all the support I can get as I'm stuck...I know

what it is...I hurt so much I can't exercise. I can't eat any less as I eat

something like:

AM...Banana ... so I can take my meds

Lunch: Healthy Choice Dinner and a salad (lettuce, tomato & FF Italian

Dressing)

3 PM A piece of fruit.

Dinner: a 3-4 ounce piece of meat or fish and a salad with Missing Link

supplement mixed in.

That's what I eat.

PS Ya'll keep your fingers crossed...tomorrow is my 1st appointment with my

Rheumy and everything is flaring! hehehehehe...not really funny but I'm

sooooo happy as it will be the first time things are showing what I've been

going through.

PSS I live on a lil 60 acre farm and do hunt on it. Well, I used to. You

have to take 4 gravel roads to get to me but am only about 2 hours from

Kansas City, MO; 1 or so from Saint ph, MO (famous because of the Pony

Express).
