It's hard without an assessment, but I would start at the temporal lobes. I've had success with a windowed squash at the Ts; and the Othmer's swear by their bi-polar T3-T4 montage for migraines.

Hello, what is your estimate for the number of sessions needed for migraine? I don't have the possibility to do an assessment yet, do you think I will be right with SMR training for migraine?

T3 T4 g reward 11-14 and inhibit 8-11 works nicely on migraines.
