Guest guest
Hi Tess, Sorry I haven't been more swift about writing this. I knwo you are having a difficult time, and hope you are reassured knowing others have been there, some are there now, and you can come out on top. Having a diabetic husband has helped keep me eating properly lately. I have struggled with my weight for 50 years, but I will do anything to get and stay healthy. Because of his tremors, Ron eats very slowly, so I've found that I have slowed down so as not to make him so self-conscious of his slowness, and find that I am eating less and feeling satisfied sooner. I never realized how much too much was! Most important, though, is you have to realize what a wonderful, unique, and beautiful person you are, and cherish that person. If there's no one there to give you a hug, just post a " Hugs Wanted " message and you will be flooded with 'em! You sound like you have a lot of wonderful qualities and good things to share with others, and I am glad I have gotten to know you a little bit. Hang in there, lady, and we'll do it together!
