I have read where people have actually healed their hemorrhoids just buy using this alone. Try to find one that has 30% IGG content and preferrably collected within the first 6 hours. You can find a caplet at www.firstmilking.com <http://www.firstmilking.com> that is good and I have also used a caplet colostrum from Nature's RX that has had good results.
