Guest guest
Hi everyone, I would love to get some feedback about an assessment I did today on a 31 y.o. with Asperger’s Syndrome. The dominant feature of the EEG was elevated EC alpha amplitudes frontally (up to 44 uV and 40% of total activation across the spectrum). Alpha slowing was also evident, with Fz being the site with the most slowing (8.77 Hz peak frequency). The really interesting thing, however, was that the amplitudes across all bandwidths (2-38 Hz) at T3 and T5 were only about half the amplitudes at all other sites. This guy has an obvious auditory processing problem and a history of learning difficulties. I was wondering what the best approach would be to address these low amplitudes at the left temporal lobe?
