Hi all my puffing friends :-)

Just wanted to let you know I've decided that Thursday is the day I'm going

to STOP smoking!! You're all welcome to jump on the wagon to clean lungs,

fresh breath and shiny skin.

If I get a bit ratty you'll all know why.

Prayers welcome!! Yikes!!
