Good luck to anyone completing or attempting to complete this survey,39

pages long would tax even the fittest, I have had a look at part ofit.

The

question must be why is it so long, is it because not many wil wantto

do it, or feel up to doing it, that way AfME only pay lips servicebut

look as if they are diing something, or have they some other planin

mind, thy're not very forthcoming, when questioned, in fact

totally ignore the questions.
