Guest guest
((((((Hey Stacey)))))) Days 5 Cigaretts 0!! Yes it’s great doing this together, it makes it so much easier. We are doing it!! I’m so proud of us! I’m also feeling a bit like I have flu, sore throat, sneezing a lot and watery eyes. I’ve also had a slight background headache for the last 3 days it’s GREAT LOL! Funny hey but like you say it’s all proof that our bodies are kicking off the gunge so it’s a good thing. This is actually much easier than I thought it would be and very exciting! Can’t wait to start coughing the gunge out of my lungs LOL! Groovy or what, we are so Glam! I’m going to send you an attachment at home of a poster I did for us! We can do it RA RA RA!! ((((((Hugs of courage)))) Heidi _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
Guest guest
Day 5 Cigs 0 Its getting easier now. It is no longer the first thing on my mind in the morning. Late at night is still the toughest. I thought that it would be when I am in the car, but I went to the store for film today and never even thought about smoking. I cleaned some windows and you wouldn't believe the gunk that came off of them. Its hard to believe that all this was going into my lungs. YYYUUUCCCKKK That is so nasty. I have to agree with Heidi though. It is not as hard as I thought it would be. Until I am in the middle of a craving. I guess its all in how you think about things. My nose is still running and I have started to sneeze alot. I no longer have that horrible taste in my mouth all the time and I have noticed that my sense of smell has improved. Food always tasted good to me so I haven't really noticed a difference there. I am not coughing horribly first thing in the morning either. So, some of the benefits are becoming easier to notice. Plus, I just feel better. Thank you all for your fantastik support. Love and Hugs Stacey in PA

Guest guest
OOOO FOR ALL YOU QUITTERS! I know how proud you must be of yourselves. I know also how hard it is to quit. Like I posted before, I was a 2 1/2 pack a day smoker up until a year and over a half ago. I'm now smoke free. One place that I found on the net that really, really helped me get over the rough spots was Quitnet. Its a site for quitters. The addy is http://www.quitnet.com/ - They really helped me. They've also got a bunch of quitting tools..like counters. Telling you how many days, minutes, seconds since you've quit and how many ciggys you haven't smoked and how much money and your life that you've saved. Lots of good ideas on how to avoid smoking situations and lots of good advise from people who have been there. I'm rootin for ya! Guest guest
Stacey & Heidi, I am so proud of both of you! I¹m so happy that it isn¹t a difficult as you though it would be to quit smoking. Each day should hopefully be easier. Keep up the good work girls! a
