Jill, good for you for trying a new routine. I admire you and others

here for doing Taebo first thing in the morning. I don't have the guts

for it. I'm too sore and stiff in the morning. Glad you found a use

for UKBL2. It's perfectly normal to have one side of the body that is

stiffer. I notice dramatic differences between my sides when I do yoga.

Good for you Jill. That's what it takes -- a plan!

Plus, we all need something to get us revved up again. You go girl!

Thanks Sandy, For me variety seems to help a lot (times, workouts types

etc..) so I don't get bored or stuck in a 'rut'

Me too, but I want to try, partly because I've been so bad at getting up of

a morning, but more so to aim workout more consistently like you do already

for similar benefits.

<<I think you have the right approach to things! Good Luck!>>

Thanks , It was hard this morning - but I know I'll benefit

loads(especially in winter) if I can persevere and establish a routine.
