Breakfast:

Coffee w/cream & sugar 3

Lunch:

2 scrambled eggs 4

(w/cooking spray)

1 bagel 4.5

2 tsp margarine 2

1 tbsp spreadable fruit 1

Btw, I forgot to add the margarine and the spreadable fruit when I posted

yesterday's journal. :-)

Dinner:

My own concoction of:

3 oz. tuna 2.5

1 can green beans 0

w/ 1/4 cup shelly beans 1

1 tbsp ranch dressing 2

Note: I've never heard of shelly beans, but they were in the can of green

beans so I bought it. I figured the legume would add fiber. :-) I made

this concoction because I need the veggies but didn't want to cook. I just

mixed it all together and ate it. It tasted pretty good, too! :-)

Snack:

1 pear 1

Total: 20 oops! I knew it wasn't enough points, but I just wasn't at

all hungry.
