Oh yes I shall. when the file comes for rehabilitating the families I shall not

delay it more than 7 years. I shall not ask the name of the Shaheeds monther in

laws grand fathers pet name.I shall try my best to clear the file and send it

back to the clerk with a clear note " spk " (which for the uninitiated, means

speak, who speaks to whom is not clear though).when the papers make a hue and

cry about the stupid file I shall not delay it any further and send it to a

committee whose members will be selected in the next cabinet meeting. The only

problems that are likely to come up are the simple things like whether

there happens to be any precedence of unknown terrorists coming by sea. As you

know it would be difficult to compensate if there are no precedents. And if

there is another such attack we still will be in trouble because we would

have not paid out the first case. As moderately intelligent people you should

know that we cannot take the later

happenning as a precedence.

God bless the Shaheeds. We babus the IAS and MCS are all for them. God save the

country too.
