What do you all think?

espescially those who do weights? >>

I would ask your doctor considering your special circumstances but for me, a

large frame with a tendency to build muscle, combining aerobic and anaerobic

activity in intervals is highly recommended for fat loss.

I often combine a Tae-Bo work-out with weights, actually pausing and

switching videos or doing the weight reps from my own memory while pausing

the Tae-Bo.

There are alot of work-out videos that have this sort of interval cross

training too.

who would love for to make an interval work-out with hand weights

>It's a personal decision, Janet. I do them both on the same day

because I really need the 6-day a week aerobic workout. Otherwise,

my

sinuses are bad, my chronic myofascial pain syndrome is worse, my

mood

suffers, ... . Weights don't give me those type of immediate

physical

benefits. If you only have the time to do one or the other while you

are still at school this week, of course it won't hurt to just do one

or the other. Like you said, you have a nice long break ahead of you

to concentrate on getting in shape.

Sure, I'll try to find out where they plan on opening centers and if

they have any plans on opening any in the UK!

Hey everyone on the list. I have enjoyed being a part of the list, but I

have stopped doing taebo because I kept gaining weight after four months. I

became very discouraged, can you show me how to get off the list. Thank you

all for everything. I love you all!!!!...Nae, who has began the Atkins

That's because you have gained muscle, which is a good thing!

I absolutely agree! I was watching an old Bond movie the other day,

and all the " sexy " women were not at all that sexy because there was no

muscle definition at all! They look out of shape, physically---and yet

they were considered the gorgeous women of those days.
