I often combine a Tae-Bo work-out with weights, actually pausing and switching videos or doing the weight reps from my own memory while pausing the Tae-Bo. There are alot of work-out videos that have this sort of interval cross training too. Barb who would love for to make an interval work-out with hand weights

I do them both on the same day because I really need the 6-day a week aerobic workout. Otherwise, my sinuses are bad, my chronic myofascial pain syndrome is worse, my mood suffers, ... . Weights don't give me those type of immediate physical benefits. If you only have the time to do one or the other while you are still at school this week, of course it won't hurt to just do one or the other. Like you said, you have a nice long break ahead of you to concentrate on getting in shape. Elena

Guest guest
>~Kat, who thinks muscle is way sexier on a woman than just being " thin " I absolutely agree! I was watching an old Bond movie the other day, and all the " sexy " women were not at all that sexy because there was no muscle definition at all! They look out of shape, physically---and yet they were considered the gorgeous women of those days. Joya
