It would certainly be worth a try - can't hurt and certainly can't be any nastier than some of the cough meds docs shove down your throat! LOL. Alana, I am already on a Vitamin D supplement. I keep meaning to ask my doc about NAC. I printed out that site and stuck it in my planner. Hopefully I won't forget with it staring me in m face. I see the pulmo on Monday.
