I'm Sally--boy did that nail me! Sorry I'm long in looking at all

the posts, but have been down with a nasty bug bite/sting of some

kind. I'm toughing it out until I see the new doctor tomorrow, but

ice, calamine, and antibiotic creams aren't working and it is swollen

about the size of a small orange (on my shin)itchy and painful. I'm

just glad whatever it is didn't munch on TJ, as he was out playing in

the leaves too.

To all you " former " smokers--congratulations! You have jumped the

highest hurdle and you're on your way. I give you all gold stars.

To you who are trying to lose weight--I'm proud of you too! You will

succeed too.

Debs, don't give up! You are a shining light to all of us, and

you've just had some dust land on your 200-watt bulb. Dump that

miserable excuse for a doctor and take the advice posted earlier--

call Mayo! I'm praying for you.

Heidi, what's your winter weather like? I may want to escape this

year. LOL

Al, you've been in my prayers too. Hope you are getting good news.

Time for me to go rest, and wish me luck tomorrow!
