That would be something to ask your physician or pharmacist about. I'm very worried that you aren't sleeping. Maybe now would be a good time to jump in with Stacey and Heidi and quit smoking? Smoking does have an association with sleep disturbance and, in addition, as I'm sure you're aware, its harmful effects on the immune system are well-documented. If you choose not to quit at this time, maybe avoiding smoking close to bedtime or when you wake in the middle of the night would help (since nicotine is a stimulant).
