Hi Heidi...welp! (that's my whine!) I'm up again...and afraid the humidity

has gotten to me --100% today...feet swelled, arms, shoulders, back and legs

aching...no sleep doesn't help...I see my doc tomorrow and well let him know

the increased elavil hasn't cured the sleepless nights...I love all the duck

and country stories you all share...like I said before...I am a total city

girl moved to the country las May...it's new to me...wonder if the crickets

are helping to keep me awake??I love being here...don't even miss camping

anymore...I let the dogs out last night when I got up...when I opened the

door to let them back in...a bat followed Molly in the house..what a ruckus!

The whole household was up! my cat loved the adventure...needless to

say..that didn't help me get back to sleep..Mondays and Thursdays I work

from 8-8:30 so it was an overtired looooonnnngggg day...probably I'm

overtired tonight and that's part of why I am only sleeping 1-2 hours at a

time...thanks for listening to my welping and whining...hope the smokeless

days are getting easier for you..do you find the lack of nicotine changing

your metabolism, or affecting your blood levels...would that affect your

meds? (that's my last big excuse for not quitting smoking....marge
