Need those baby prayers now!

Well it's time to start those baby prayers please! My gynae appointment

went very well, the Decapeptly has done wonders, all plumbing is in ship

shape so its ALL SYSTEMS GO!! My right ovary, which wasn't producing

anything before had 5 FIVE!!!! Little follicles fighting for position! As

I have PCOs and the endometriosis isn't affecting my ovaries right now from

the treatment they are OVERPRODUCING! I had 5 or 6 potential eggs on EACH

ovary! Yikes! He even gave me a photo of them (imagine if I conceive this

month my kids can see themselves from egg stage - might be traumatic LOL!)

His exact words were " well now I'm less worried about you not falling

pregnant than I am about you falling pregnant with triplets or quadruplets! "

Yikes! Judi Help LOL! He says he has a very good feeling!

So I don't have to take any hormones or anything and he thinks I'm in such

good shape that he's giving me 5 months to try and fall pregnant naturally.

I'm going to see this big cheese fertility specialist just in case in

November (he only comes to Mauritius once every two months so it's just to

get to know him) and then if I'm not pregnant in 5 months we'll try

in-vitro. BUT he doesn't know about my secret weapon! All my wonderful RA

family saying prayers is the best treatment in the world!

He wants me to lose a bit of weight too so I'm going to be seriously making

a plan! I phoned a friend to start swimming with me next week since summers

coming - it's a start! and I'm watching my eating.

Holding thumbs, crossing fingers, arms, toes (but not legs… hee hee - sorry

I couldn't resist that - :-o blushing now!)

Oh Heidi,

I am so excited for you. That is the best news that I have heard in a long

time. I know that you are really going to have some fun now. I hope that it

happens soon and that you have a healthy pregnancy. I will be praying for

Heidi,

This is really wonderful news. I'm keeping everything crossed! Twin would

be nice but any more than that would be so hard, at least for me.

Yes, I am really enjoying my grandson. It's a lot harder than I thought,

but I'm managing.

Heidi, this is great! Sounds like things are looking up!!! I want to

give you a piece of my own advice. I know it sounds silly but it has

worked on 2 of my friends that I have given it to. If all else fails,

get a BIG bottle of cheap wine and have a wild night with hubby:0) My

one friend had a hard time getting pregnant so I jokingly made the

comment to do this. She thought about it and figured, " What will it

hurt? " and she ended up pregnant. The sencond time she wanted to get

pregnant she tried one month and took my " advice " again by the

second month and wound up pregnant. Anyway, good luck and special

prayers out to you and hubby!
