What a wonderful day, Tess! Thanks for sharing your story since it gave

me a chance to have a beautiful little trip as well.

I laughed about the Mr. Shrock (were there Mr. Spock jokes in school?)

aspect of your tale. I, too, have a hard time addressing elders or

people I don't know or those who were once a teacher of mine by their

first names.

Hi Tess,

Sounds like you had a wonderful time. I am very happy for you. I love the

way you described everything on the trip. I felt like I was right there with

you. Thank you. I know that it was very rewarding for you. That is why I

do these kinds of trips every fall. I find a kind of peace being up in the

mountains, looking out over the landscape. It relaxes me like nothing else

does. It is just so beautiful and I want Wyatt to appreciate it as much as I

do. Seeing your old teacher must have brought back a lot of memories. I

hope there are more good ones than bad ones.

I am glad that you went to the doctor right away. I'm sorry that it's an

infection that needs so much attention. I hope that it isn't too painful for

you. You said that it is numb. Maybe that is a good thing right now. It is

a good thing that you were paying attention to it since you didn't have the

pain to remind you that something was wrong. You have my prayers for quick

healing.

Love and Hugs

Tess,

What a great day you had! Thanks so much for sharing. I can almost

visualize your trip.

I wish every day could be an adventure like that, followed by great times

with your family. Life doesn¹t get much better.
