Guest guest
Hi - I am a 39 year old male and a recently run assessment shows I have high anterior theta/beta power ratio's (EC=4.2, EO=3.6 @ Fz). Alpha posterior > Alpha anterior but fairly equal LH/RH. Left beta is only slightly higher (~1%) than right beta (EO and EC). And rear beta 4% higher than front with EO (With EC beta 2% higher in front). In the past it has been strongly suggested that I have Adult ADD so this EEG assessment makes some sense. I do not suffer from depression nor do I have much anxiety these days. There seems to be a plehtora of protocols I could try (beta/smr, theta-only down, ratio, squash). I know I could just jump in and experiment but I thought it worth posing the question to the group. So any advice or experience anyone could offer on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much! ps - here's some of my EC readings from the front: Fz EC: Delta 1-4 11.0 uV 16% Theta 4-8 21.8 uV 32% Alpha 8-12 15.4 uV 23% SMR 12-15 5.2 uV 8% Beta 13-21 10.7 uV 16% Hi Beta 20-30 9.6 uV 14% F3 EC: Delta 1-4 8.8 uV 14% Theta 4-8 18.4 uV 30% Alpha 8-12 15.3 uV 25% SMR 12-15 5.4 uV 9% Beta 13-21 10.3 uV 17% Hi Beta 20-30 8.3 uV 14% F4 EC: Delta 1-4 9.1 uV 14% Theta 4-8 21.5 uV 32% Alpha 8-12 15.7 uV 24% SMR 12-15 6.0 uV 9% Beta 13-21 11.5 uV 17% Hi Beta 20-30 9.1 uV 14% pps - I accidently posted this in a different group earlier if someone notices the cross posting.
