Guest guest Posted September 26, 2002 Report Share Posted September 26, 2002 I rode my exercise bike for 30 min. today and it wasn't so bad. I did some stretches after so my muscles don't tighten up. The only thing I have to worry about is leg cramps and if I get some tonight I may have to cut back a bit and work back up.
