Guest guest
Here's an update/opinion of the foot pads... After a few nights of using them, the foot pad "gunk" leveled out to a light brown. They were all still smelly and gunky. They never became clear or what I would consider to be indicative of good health. In talking with a co-worker who uses a holistic medical center in Mexico and has a wealth of holistic knowledge (but I'm still a little skeptical of her, personally) says the foot pads are very misleading. All they do is indicate the amount of toxins in your body and how they are reacting to the herbs on the foot pad. The foot pads are not pulling out anything. She says if you want to know how to become healthy, you can send in or take the foot pads to a lab to be analyzed. According to her, only that will tell you about getting out the toxins. All in all, I'm not impressed by them. Reading all the testimonials in the website, I was prepared to wake up a new person after a few days (okay, in my dreams, but it's nice to hope). I also had high hopes it would help the whole constipation issue for our son. But, we'll continue to use them until they're gone since they're here.
