, that's fantastic! You didn't have to take weeks like I did to build

yourself up. I hope you don't get leg cramps. I ride my exercise bike first

thing when I get up, before I can talk myself out of it. I have to make

myself get on it, but once I do I can usually finish. I have a tape player

with ear phones, so I listen to Elvis or Bob Dylan or somebody to make it a

little less boring.

You go, girl!
