I find that it's pretty easy on the knees if they're not giving too much trouble. You might need to build yourself up from 15 min., and it might take time. When I first started, it was all I could do to do a half mile, and I'd be huffing and puffing. I built myself up to four miles, which takes around 30 minutes. Also, until you build yourself up, you might try doing two 15-minute sessions each day. Every day it's a struggle, but I try to do it because I know it's good for my RA, diabetes, heart, and all the rest of me. Good luck to you! Guest guest
Sue, that 30 minutes sounds like a long ways off for me but I think I am ready for 20 minutes, I think I feel much better. I have a Sweating to the Oldies #2 tape that has some good stretching exercises and then some mild weights for the upper body. The only problem is it is in Oregon 350 miles away. They told me those were good exercises with the exercise bike. I will just keep plugging along. I know how important the exercise is. in WA
