, I also ride an exercise bike. I find that it's pretty easy on the

knees if they're not giving too much trouble. You might need to build

yourself up from 15 min., and it might take time. When I first started, it

was all I could do to do a half mile, and I'd be huffing and puffing. I

built myself up to four miles, which takes around 30 minutes.

Also, until you build yourself up, you might try doing two 15-minute

sessions each day.

Every day it's a struggle, but I try to do it because I know it's good for

my RA, diabetes, heart, and all the rest of me.

Sue, that 30 minutes sounds like a long ways off for me but I think I

am ready for 20 minutes, I think I feel much better. I have a

Sweating to the Oldies #2 tape that has some good

stretching exercises and then some mild weights for the upper body.

The only problem is it is in Oregon 350 miles away. They told me

those were good exercises with the exercise bike. I will just keep

plugging along. I know how important the exercise is.
