Guest guest
Hello and happy Friday! It's a quiet morning here at church so I thought I would get a little emailing caught up. First, your upcoming holiday sounds wonderful! Do I hear the patter of little feet waiting in the background? So does this holiday involve a beautiful beach and the sound of waves? I have my bathtub all polished up and waiting for that bubble bath tomorrow. Believe it or not, our house has three (that's 3!) bathrooms, but only one has a tub. I quickly took that over as MY bathroom, as it is tiled in pink and has rose-patterned (tiny roses) wallpaper. I will take the little CD player upstairs, a nice candle, and soak with Jim Brickman playing his piano in the background. came home from the hospital yesterday--it was a long day for me as I had to be on the road by 6:30 AM to go pick her up. Got to the hospital, and they made her wait until after 10 before they let her go. Got her home and settled on the couch with about 100 pillows, and some snacks, tv remotes, phone, books & magazines. She was happy to see TJ when I brought him home later. When I went out this morning to get TJ up & dressed & off to daycare, was feeling lousy, hadn't slept and had the dry heaves last night. But I reminded her that she just had major surgery 3 days ago, and she might be expecting too much besides reminding her to call her doctor this morning! TJ was cute, he said " I go to 'kool, read books, write Mommy a letter. " Ron went to the doctor yesterday and needs more tests but the doctor thinks he has a form of Parkinson's Disease. Not what we wanted to hear, but at least we will know what we're dealing with. I'm not going to get all morbid about it and I won't let him either. We talked until late last night and he actually feels better knowing his enemy's name. Now he can fight. Arthur came back with a vengeance this morning, partly because of the pace of my life this week, and partly because Hurricane Lili is paying us a visit (or what's left of her) and it is very humid and starting to rain. Well, I'd better get some work done, and I hope you have a beautiful weekend on your island paradise. God bless, Judi (((((((((((((Heidi))))))))))))
