Hi Marge,

I dry dill, basil (a couple of different kinds), chive, parsley,

sage, thyme (ha, no rosemary!) and garlic. Ron kids me that the only

thing I don't put garlic in is chocolate pudding. I don't dry the

garlic, just put it in jars with olive oil and sometimes dill. I

like to experiment with salad dressings too, but have lately been

making my dressings with yogurt & herbs.
