Guest guest
First of all breath and know you're not alone. I have suffered with the racing heart thing and for me it has been because I have been on TOO much armour.( I'm healing my body back to total health, have reduced my med from 180 to 90 and am getting ready to reduce again..this is a process not done overnight). You have to understand we are all different and we all react differently to the meds we're on. Someone here suggested calling your doctor and telling them about your heart issue. I agree with that..to start with. Then check in with yourself...what does your intuition tell you it is? I alos have been know to suffer with Panic Attacks form time to time and that also causes a racing heart! UGH! I've gone the gamit of doctors and have finally come around to knowing I am my own best friend and support when it comes to issues in my body. I also understand that some are not " in this place " and feel better having a profesisonal tell them what they need to be doing. Do what is best for you :-) HUGS it IS a scary place to be in and sometimes I found VERY SCARY because no one would be willing to just talk with me and say it could be this, it could be that..let's form a plan of action and see what works... Let us know what you find out. Be well... ~Amy~ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/totalhealth2008 > > Hi, > > My heart has been racing all day today and I am uncertain as to why.
