Hi,

After I filed a civil action, the judge agreed with the final denial

decision of the ALJ (Administrative Law Judge) and used the excuse of

being a single mom, doing my own food shopping, and outside watering

the plants with the hose was conclusive to my denial. Incredible how

they could use the excuse of merely watering the plants!!! You have to

be really careful what you say to them because they use anything

against you!!! They are really something else those bureaucrats!!! But

three weeks in bed has no effect on their answer.
