Ascension Symptoms or Spiritual Awakening Symptoms??<Lara>

Hello my beloved sister Lara, Even though many already answered you, I want to clarify some things. Ascension symptoms, Spiritual awakening and DNA re-coding are the same thing. Those are a series of side effects , or symptoms as you put, that May appear in the process of Purification and deep healing. Sometimes , in order to deep clean your house, you have to move furniture , and the you will notice some spider webs and dirt that you did not even know existed. Those transformations are supposed to happen on your higher bodies (Astral and Spiritual one) and of course , any action on any of those levels can cause disturbances on your Physical body. But Notice one thing: accepting the possibilities of those symptoms to be happening to any of us, DO not spare the importance of a medical advice through a competent Medical practitioner. The life we lead, the food we eat may be causing some problems on our general balance, lack of protein, some minerals and different levels of stress, those are relevant factors for many of those manifestations as well.Finally we can only hope to overcome those symptoms together and we are here to support you during this transition.
