It means that Vitamin D helps to deposit Calcium into the bones, and without

it, it can't do it properly. The rest of, concerning the hormones and other

adrenal substances is in the article posted.

This is why I always look for the credits at the bottom of the article on

Wikipedia. It has plenty.
