Are you following the diet instructions? They are pretty strict if you like Twinkies and diet cokes. I am taking the VestalCare CMO as directed, on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning and wait one hour before eating, and again 3 hours before bedtime, on an empty stomach. It has 3 enzymes and selenium in it, plus a jar of homeopathic pills to take sublingually. Not one sign of an upset stomach and so far, have relief in merely days on my shoulder. Better by the day!
