Guest guest
, In my past I've been on meds for depression. I do know what to look for. Thats why several months ago I asked for " help " . More because of work and less because of health. I'm not usually a cranky person, but when I began to feel like " scratching " peoples eyes out I knew it was me and not ALL them, they do add to it but it was me. O've been on two diff meds, feel a little better on paxil than effexor. But may look to change. Thanks for the suggestion. Problem is I've been tired for years....Even when I was feeling better. Guess its one more thing to work thru. On the UP side, It was finally dry here today. Took my mother shopping and toured the mountains. Hard to believe its November. Guest guest
Hi, I know what you're going thru. I don't know what exactly you can do because I sure would like to know also. Fatigue is very difficult to beat. I do get good sleep (with help) and I take the right supplements and eat almost all the right foods but it always comes back and flares up. Look in the mirror and smile at your self and tell yourself that " Life is good, and I will be fine again. " Warm hugs, Stella - In CFAlliance , " evebo1 " wrote: > > Hi I am new to this site. Guest guest
Great very sound advice !!! L-Tryptophan, never heard of it. Now I'm thinking I should get some. Does it really help you fall asleep if you are having trouble or just sleep more deeply. I always feel better after a good night sleep. So when do you go to sleep and wake up?~Kulia > > Hi there, > > First of, I am so sorry you are dealing with this. I have FMS and four children ages 8, 6, 4 > and 2. Guest guest
The L-Tryptophan was found to be contaminated. Here are a few articles about the L-Tryptophan ban: http://www.citizens.org/consumer-corner/the-return-of-l-tryptophan http://www.lef.org/fda/fdaban95.html Any questions ask, I'm not shy. Take care of you. Big gentle huggles, Di in Feasterville-Trevose, PA ) diane lindeman wrote: > be careful taking L-Tryptophan as it was removed from the market years ago due to deaths. Again watch out for anything NOT FDA approved. Although sometimes the FDA approves a drug and then a few years later it is also removed from the market. for example, Vioxx in 2004. Buyer beware-do your homework and research and then make your decision. Diane
