Dear , what a ghastly story! I do hope everyone pays attention, that

just because some corporation sets themselves up (for profit, lest we

forget) as “experts” doesn’t make it so. The abuse you endured is surely

actionable, though you may not be up to fighting that fight. Everyone

beware! This is a cautionary tale. Aylwin xox
