Guest guest
We get the genes for autoimmune from both sides of the family. Paternal side has thyroid problems and arthritis problems - though I don't know of anyone who has specific RA. We here a lot of the " I hve ahd pain like that in my hands for years " though. And then Mom has MS - Jeanine may know more specific details. Of course when Mom was diagnosed 20 + years ago MS was caused by a " virus or something " . . My how times change! On my first visit to the doctor he believed I had a problem based on family history alone - cause there sure wasn't anything in the tests coming back with a diagnosis but I had the symptoms.
