Guest guest
Hi all, Haven't posted in forever; very busy in school these days. Takes everything I have, and then some. Was wondering if anybody has ever had to assert themselves here to obtain disability accommodations. Currently, I am trying to get some things corrected for basic accessibility at the university. Have an appointment next week with the president. Be well! jeribelle
Guest guest
<PRE>i kept after my company to get me a stand up desk for work. or hook me up from home. others were there. paid for ergonomics people to come in and do measurements and assess my work station. my dr ordered it. they never completed it. good luck getting what you need. kath in il oh yes i got my statement from the credit union. i thought you had to keep $5 to keep the acct open. i got my statement and they charged me $5 for a dormant account fee. i wrote them a nasty letter. told them they could have asked. i would have closed the account. but obviously they needed it more than me. so i asked them to close the acct before i owed them more money. with the .65 cents, maybe i could find a head of lettuce on sale and avoid the food pantry a couple more days!!! what happened to once a member, always a member??i said i am chronically ill, i have lost my disability pay, my job, and now my savings account. this company has screwed me in every way possible. sorry to gripe so much, but they just keep kickin me. now i wish they would just get it over with. really tired of all this crap. kathy in il
